I've been training at Mint twice a week since October 2013. Within about four months of starting with them I was stronger than I'd ever been and was in the best physical condition I'd been in since I ran track in high school. Mike and Molly take your individual goals and work out an individual training plan for you which includes home exercises and diet recommendations. They take measurements regularly to quantify your progress and inform your program, making adjustments as needed. They also incorporate a periodic roll-out of your large muscles to break-up pockets of lactic acid and get oxygen into all parts of the muscles. In May of 2014, I sustained as serious injury to my rotator cuff in a whitewater kayaking accident and couldn't work-out my upper body while in physical therapy. Mike and Molly were happy to revise my program to work around the injury and keep strengthening my lower body and core. When the physical therapy was over and I was cleared to resume training, they worked my injured shoulder and upper body slowly back into shape, carefully making sure I didn't re-injure my shoulder by doing too much too soon. I recommend Mike and Molly and Mint Condition to anyone who wants an individualized training program tailored to his or her own goals and aspirations.

Mike and Molly make the workouts fun but very effective and they are always changing it up to keep it fresh. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle or just eat right and stay in shape, they will help you reach those goals!

I started working with Mint Condition fitness 2 + years ago, and I am amazed at how much they have helped me. I suffered from injuries and an aging body nearing retirement age. My posture is improved, my coworkers noticed that I walked better, and I am stronger than I have been in decades. I am able to lead a more active life. Mike and Molly have such great knowledge of how to not just build strength and muscles, but how to improve the mechanical functioning of the body. I would recommend Mint condition to anyone willing to do the work!

Mike is a knowledgeable, dedicated trainer, and I obtained the results I wanted. Unfortunately I am moving to brooklyn..and he has spoiled me forever. I will never get another trainer..they wont be as good as him. Thanks Mike!

I've been training at Mint for about a year now, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in improving their physical fitness. First of all, and most importantly, you will get incredible results quite quickly due to their expertise in helping you achieve whatever your goals may be. And for me, I wasn't really someone who was particularly enthusiastic about working out with a trainer going into this (and it was really my first experience doing so), which makes what they've accomplished with me particular impressive. Also, their flexibility in everything from scheduling to tailoring a productive and fun workout with a spouse/significant other is really great. On top of that, I've seen them working with clients of all ages//levels of fitness, all handling the sessions effortlessly. This is a one-of-the-kind place to achieve whatever fitness goals you might have.

I have been with Mint Condition for over 2 years now, and it is well worth the investment. I do a decent amount of traveling for work and I have a new baby at home so getting workouts in can be a challenge. Mike works with me each week to ensure I can get my 3 sessions in, and he sends me workouts to do on my own. He tailors these workouts so that I can do them if I'm at home with the baby or if I'm in a hotel room with no access to a gym. He has trained me through my wedding, my pregnancy and shedding the baby weight and has created diets for me to fit these very different points in my life. Mike is a great coach to help you to achieve your overall health goals. I would highly recommend Mint Condition as they truly go above and beyond for their clients.

I have exercised my entire life and it is only Mike, Molly and Mint Condition Fitness that take a well-rounded and balanced approach to health and wellness. Diet, core, flexibility, nutrition, and cardio are all things they will hold you accountable for on a weekly basis.

Their customized approach to each client is truly refreshing in the one-sized fits all methods of fitness fads.
At 37-years old, I am in the best shape of my life and can not thank them enough for their help and support.

I never kept up with any workout routine until I met Mike and Molly at Mint Condition Fitness. They make you feel comfortable, give you a great workout, give you a diet to stick to, and make it all fun. I've lost over 25 pounds and feel great. I recommend them to everyone I talk to!
