Mint Condition Fitness provides a fully integrated approach to physical fitness, ranging from nutrition advice and training plans (both in the studio and to follow at home) to regular measurements and (the dreaded) roll-outs. My schedule is very complicated (in that is is both variable and inflexible), and I have never had any problem scheduling two sessions a week at times that work for me. I had plateaued (in terms of weight/body fat and fitness) after years with my prior trainer, and Mike and Molly got me over that hump and into the best shape of my 45 year life in just one year. Six months ago, my boyfriend began training and now we have tandem sessions together once a week (which is both instructional and fun).

Mint Condition listened to my requests and took my age and ability into consideration while customizing my work-out. I am challenged, but never pushed beyond my limits. I have seen results and feel energized. Their spotless facility and friendly attitude have been a positive experience.
