I started working with Mint Condition fitness 2 + years ago, and I am amazed at how much they have helped me. I suffered from injuries and an aging body nearing retirement age. My posture is improved, my coworkers noticed that I walked better, and I am stronger than I have been in decades. I am able to lead a more active life. Mike and Molly have such great knowledge of how to not just build strength and muscles, but how to improve the mechanical functioning of the body. I would recommend Mint condition to anyone willing to do the work!
Mike is a knowledgeable, dedicated trainer, and I obtained the results I wanted. Unfortunately I am moving to brooklyn..and he has spoiled me forever. I will never get another trainer..they wont be as good as him. Thanks Mike!
I've been training at Mint for about a year now, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in improving their physical fitness. First of all, and most importantly, you will get incredible results quite quickly due to their expertise in helping you achieve whatever your goals may be. And for me, I wasn't really someone who was particularly enthusiastic about working out with a trainer going into this (and it was really my first experience doing so), which makes what they've accomplished with me particular impressive. Also, their flexibility in everything from scheduling to tailoring a productive and fun workout with a spouse/significant other is really great. On top of that, I've seen them working with clients of all ages//levels of fitness, all handling the sessions effortlessly. This is a one-of-the-kind place to achieve whatever fitness goals you might have.
I have been with Mint Condition for over 2 years now, and it is well worth the investment. I do a decent amount of traveling for work and I have a new baby at home so getting workouts in can be a challenge. Mike works with me each week to ensure I can get my 3 sessions in, and he sends me workouts to do on my own. He tailors these workouts so that I can do them if I'm at home with the baby or if I'm in a hotel room with no access to a gym. He has trained me through my wedding, my pregnancy and shedding the baby weight and has created diets for me to fit these very different points in my life. Mike is a great coach to help you to achieve your overall health goals. I would highly recommend Mint Condition as they truly go above and beyond for their clients.

I never kept up with any workout routine until I met Mike and Molly at Mint Condition Fitness. They make you feel comfortable, give you a great workout, give you a diet to stick to, and make it all fun. I've lost over 25 pounds and feel great. I recommend them to everyone I talk to!
Mint Condition Fitness provides a fully integrated approach to physical fitness, ranging from nutrition advice and training plans (both in the studio and to follow at home) to regular measurements and (the dreaded) roll-outs. My schedule is very complicated (in that is is both variable and inflexible), and I have never had any problem scheduling two sessions a week at times that work for me. I had plateaued (in terms of weight/body fat and fitness) after years with my prior trainer, and Mike and Molly got me over that hump and into the best shape of my 45 year life in just one year. Six months ago, my boyfriend began training and now we have tandem sessions together once a week (which is both instructional and fun).
